For more than 20 years, I’ve been building businesses and crafting customer experiences that turn ordinary moments into something unforgettable. My journey began in boardrooms and bustling call centers, steering Fortune 500 transformations and nurturing millions of customer moments. Those chapters taught me the power of blending data with intuition, operational rigor with creativity, and ambition with heart. Today, as a proud woman of color - and mom to spirited twin boys and a fearless daughter - revitalizing a luxury spa in Lakewood, I pour that seasoned perspective into spaces where stress melts, confidence blooms, and community thrives.
